Enorme chalet de 350m2 ubicado en Son Veri, una tranquila urbanización a tan solo 400 metros caminando del Club Nautic S’Arenal y a 3 minutos de la extensa playa de Palma, el punto turístico por excelencia de la isla, aquí se da la combinación ideal de playas, paseos, restaurantes, pubs, zona ocio y todo para pasar unas vacaciones ideales. La propiedad está a 10 minutos del Aeropuerto y a 15 minutos de Palma.
Este grandioso chalet consta de 7 dormitorios, 4 baños, lo que permite alojar a 14 huéspedes con total comodidad. En el interior del chalet nos encontramos con una gran y luminosa sala de estar con confortables sillones acompañados de una delicada decoración donde podrá ver la televisión o simplemente pasar el tiempo en la compañía de un buen libro. En el comedor podrá degustar deliciosos platos con sabor mediterráneo preparados en la cocina totalmente equipada que tiene a su entera disposición. La propiedad también cuenta con conexión a internet, aire acondicionado y todas las comodidades para su disfrute.
En el exterior se destaca una gran piscina con hamacas para disfrutar del sol y también mobiliario exterior siempre listo para disfrutar de deliciosas carnes hechas en la barbacoa acompañadas con una buena copa de vino, cada tarde de verano serán un placer rodeado de familiares y amigos.
Esta villa cuenta con equipamiento especializado para el mantenimiento y reparación de bicicletas de competición. Cuenta con un taller mecánico completo a su disposición.
Transporte público: A menos de 250 metros encontrará las paradas de la línea 23 y 520, con esta última en solo 25 minutos estará en el centro de Palma. A 9 minutos a pie esta la parada del Club Náutico donde pasan las siguientes líneas: 454, 500, 501, 502, 515 y A51.

Quiet villa-area, but short walking distance to beatches, small and big ones, and shops and good eating places mm. Easy to travel to Palma ol. We rented a car and took day trips to Palma and other places, beautyful, interesting anf fun places it is so much to experience here -. - The Villa is good for many groups familys with children, cycle-teams, firms. Very nice to see so many people cyckling together perfect cykle-ways, for long distances, easy to rent bikes. Good availabilty by Portic Villas, - nice, friendly people-. - Both kids and grown ups really enjoyed the villa and surroundings, and the island, and I am glad to recommend it.

Everything was like it was described, the size was perfect for this number of people, even though we did not really use the living room as we enjoyed eating and relaxing outside a lot -having a pool to ourself was great- . On the first day we were provided with drinking water. I would also like to point out the nice service of Portic Villas. It was easy communicating and they replied fastly to our messages. The villa is located on the very end of the promenade of s'arenal on a small hill. For all the party people out there-it took us about 20 minutes to the Megapark by foot- After all we would definitely book this villa again.

Die Finca ist einem sehr schönen Zustand. Besonders hat uns der Pool sowie die gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern gefallen -z.B. unkomplizierter Check-in und Transport zum Flughafen-. Die Lage ist außerdem sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeit -ca. 500 Mever más
Die Finca ist einem sehr schönen Zustand. Besonders hat uns der Pool sowie die gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern gefallen -z.B. unkomplizierter Check-in und Transport zum Flughafen-. Die Lage ist außerdem sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeit -ca. 500 Meter- sowie der Hafen sind fußläufig erreichbar genauso wie die Playa d'Arenal.
